About our matcha
Our Matcha spoon tea is made with 1 gram of ceremonial Matcha powder and 7 grams of Turkish Pine Honey. Matcha, also known as the 'green gold', is a powdered Japanese green tea with a high concentration of chlorophyll and antioxidants. Only the best and youngest tea leaves are used for the Matcha, carefully collected from our beautiful tea gardens in Turkey.
Recipe: Coconut Matcha Iced Latte
- 1 Matcha Spoon from Spoon Moment
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 3/4 cup iced coconut milk
- Additional ice cubes
- Milk frother
Step 1: Prepare the Matcha
- Fill a glass with 1/4 cup of hot water (about 70-80 °C) to activate the Matcha.
- Add a Matcha Spoon to the glass of hot water.
- Stir the spoon in the glass until the Matcha is completely dissolved and a creamy green color is created.
Step 2: Enjoy ice-cold
- Fill a separate glass with ice cubes and add 3/4 cup whipped coconut milk please.
- Pour the Matcha over the milk and stir gently to blend the flavours.
- Add extra ice cubes if desired for an extra refreshing experience.
Step 3: Personalize and serve
- You can personalize your coconut matcha iced latte by adding a touch of vanilla extract or even lime juice.
- Garnish with a pinch of Matcha powder or a touch of cinnamon for an extra decorative touch.
- Serve your Matcha Iced Latte immediately and enjoy the invigorating flavors!
