Mother's Day Mocktail: Ginger, Strawberry & Hibiscus for the Sweetest Mom

Surprise your mother with this radiant pink mocktail full of love (and superfoods). The combination of strawberry, ginger and hibiscus is not only deliciously refreshing, but also supports her hormone balance and gives a natural glow.
What do you need:
- 1 Ginger Spoon from Spoon Moment
- 1 bag of hibiscus tea (or loose hibiscus)
- 3 to 4 fresh strawberries
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml sparkling water (optional)
- 20 ml warm water (for dissolving the spoon)
- Fresh mint or a strawberry as garnish
Preparation:
- Mash the strawberries in the bottom of a nice glass with a fork or masher until you have a fresh puree.
- Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Pour 150 ml of hibiscus tea (cooled) over it for a beautiful deep colour and floral flavour.
- Dissolve 1 Ginger Spoon in 20 ml of warm water, stir well. Add the glass.
- For extra sparkle? Top with a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a strawberry on the rim or some fresh mint.
