On this page you will find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. Chat with us to get instant answers to specific questions.

You will usually receive your order confirmation within an hour after completing your order (check your spam folder for this).
If this has not arrived, it is best to check whether the purchase amount has been debited from your account. You can then assume that the order has been successful. You will also find your order number in the payment reference.
If you still have not received confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, we would like to hear from you so that we can let you know if everything went well.
We are happy to wrap your gifts for you! You can choose in your shopping cart whether you want to have one or more products packed, and whether this should be packed as a whole or separately. You can also add a personal message for the recipient here.
Would you like to receive personal advice when ordering a gift? Our online employees are happy to help you via our chat or of course by phone.

Once ordered, you cannot wait for your personal Spoon Moment. When placing your order, you can indicate when you want to receive it. We will of course let you know when your order is on its way, you will then receive an email with your track & trace code. From that point on, it is useful to track it through our delivery partner, so that you know exactly when you can expect your order.
International shipping can take up to 14 business days, depending on the country you are in.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than normal. When we are busy, we sometimes adjust our delivery times. This can happen around the holidays, for example. You can find the current delivery times on our website.

We do not deliver on official holidays.
