Returns

According to European law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal. The period starts from the moment the (entire) order is received by you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use. In the event of signs of use, the product will not be taken back.

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to include a covering note clearly stating your name and order number, this will expedite the processing of your return.

The item to be returned must be in the possession of Spoon Moment within 14 days. Our address:

Shipping costs are at your own expense, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged.

If you revoke the agreement within 14 days and the package is back in our possession within 14 days, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question back within 5 working days. Costs for this return shipment are the responsibility of the customer .

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. Please note: in the case of credit card payment, a return booking is often only visible to you on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day after receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Your package will be delivered by PostNL. You will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can trace your package at all times. If a package cannot be delivered to a customer, PostNL will leave a message for the customer. The customer can then pick up the package within 2 weeks at a nearby post office.

Postage costs:

Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. The freight costs depend on the destination and the weight of the order. From €29.99 your order will be shipped for free (In the Netherlands & Belgium)
