Returns

Under European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins when you receive your (entire) order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and without any signs of wear. If there are signs of wear, the product will not be accepted for return.

If you wish to return an item, please include a note clearly stating your name and order number. This will expedite the processing of your return.

The item to be returned must be in Spoon Moment's possession within 14 days. Our address:

Shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged. This also applies if you refuse an order.

If you cancel the agreement within 14 days and the package is returned to us within 14 days, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product in question within 5 business days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs .

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. Please note: if you paid by credit card, a refund will often only appear on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped within one business day of receiving your payment. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Your package will be delivered by PostNL. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package at any time. If a package cannot be delivered to a customer, PostNL will leave a note for them. They can then pick up the package within two weeks at a nearby post office.

Postage costs:

Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Freight costs depend on the destination and order weight. Orders over €27.95 are shipped free of charge (in the Netherlands and Belgium).
