  • 1 Chai Spoon from Spoon Moment
  • 250 ml hot milk
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 150 g speculoos cookies, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Fresh whipped cream (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare a Chai Latte by mixing the Chai Spoon in hot milk.
  2. Beat the mascarpone with icing sugar until smooth.
  3. Build the trifle in layers: start with a layer of crumbled speculoos, followed by a layer of mascarpone and a drizzle of Chai Latte.
